Emily Gilmore in episode 7x04 was driving her car and talking on her cell phone. The police stop her over and I quote:
"Why did you stop me over Officer? I wasn't speeding.
-You were talking on your cell phone. -So, are my bills being sent to your house? -The state of Connecticut forbids operation a vehicle and talking on the phone. - Are you telling me that there is a law that forbids me talking on my phone, in my car?"
