On my birthday just a week and a half ago or so, my family and I, minus KKLSh and his parents (meaning Nitz and Isaac) all went to dinner and then we watched "A Prairie House Companion" the new Altman film, and, after a long series of generally annoying/boring/what the hell kind of films, Altman directed this wonderful film. It is pretty and quiet and honest, and Meryl Strip is the best actress in the world. Ever. Kevin Kline pays this Film Noir guy called Guy Noir, and when he asks someone to give him a secret signal, he tells him maybe it should be the word indemnity.
The film is a kind of Requiem 81 year old Altman directed, I guess he was feeling his time was a nearing...
Well, anyways, I don't have much to say except for I recommend you all go see that film, and also, maybe I will watch M.A.S.H again, just for the hell of it.
Oh, and beware you may be infected by the country/western bug after watching the movie.
